Sunset Falls

Sunset Falls at Bald Creek is a 300 acre, gated, low-density, mountain retreat that is located about 15 minutes from downtown Waynesville. The community lodge will be heart beat of the activities and social gatherings and includes an outdoor pool area, fitness center, meeting facilities, indoor game rooms, basketball and bocce ball courts outdoor fireplace and kitchen for gatherings. There are also 1.7 miles of hiking trails. Home sites sit between 3,200 and 4,300 feet elevation and range from 1.3 to over 5 acres in size.
