For 17 years David Huffman has been a trusted real estate sales and marketing leader. David's professionalism and market knowledge have made the difference for thousands of buyers and sellers of upscale resort properties in NC, SC, GA and FL.
David began in real estate sales at the Governors Club in Chapel Hill, NC. There he worked closely with nationally recognized real estate sales trainer Gary Ingersol absorbing the savvy and experience offered by this veteran superstar salesman. This early mentoring formed David's foundation for success and lead him to win “Rookie of the Year” honors. David went on to lead real estate sales for the Royal Hawaiian Family in NC, to train and direct real estate sales teams in both NC and FL for a Fortune 200 company, and to develop and produce effective, award winning marketing for a real estate development in Chama, New Mexico.
David is a graduate of East Carolina University. He studied Marketing Management in the School of Business and earned a BSBA in 1988. Today David lives in Asheville, NC with his two children, Hadley and Ryder. Together they regularly explore the WNC outdoors by hiking, mountain biking, rafting, fishing, swimming and camping.
