We've lived and worked at some of the top communities in these mountains, and we know these developments well. We have strong partnerships with dozens of established, respected developers in the Carolinas. Our team works closely with these diverse properties, always with your interests in mind. Once we have the perfect match and you've discovered your ideal mountain home, our payment comes from the developer, a fair market value. Our client is YOU, the buyer, and this service is provided at no cost to you.
Once you complete the client profile that describes your ideal home, you'll receive a call within 24-48 hours from a team member - a live, knowledgeable person who we hope will become a friend. This person is your go-to resource for everything you need or want to know during the entire discovery process through closing. You will not be shuffled from one person to another; this man or woman stays with you all the way.
During your first phone call, we will pepper you with questions, probing to uncover your expressed and unexpressed desires for a community. We will listen in order to learn a lot about your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. After determining your needs we'll narrow the search down to three or four locations and help develop a plan to visit them, including recommending accommodations, best routes, restaurants, and connections with local residents and sales staff.
Because of our strong partnerships with colleagues at the selected developments, and because of their culture, you'll receive first class treatment all the way. The person who starts the process with you follows you through the process, checking in frequently, fine tuning as needed, and working with your financial and legal counsel as needed.

We live in this area so we know a lot about what's available, and we're members of the Asheville Board of Realtors and the Greater Western North Carolina MLS so we have broad access. Knowing that helps us find the most accurate comparative market values; it also helps us present your home to its full advantage and match serious buyers to meet your needs.
We know that accepting a listing means nothing until you find the right buyer because we are also focused on buyers, we have relationships in many locations, not just Western North Carolina. We put a lot of focus on the 'Feeder Markets' (where buyers live); therefore, we are able to capture the buyer before they arrive in the Carolina Mountains. We host several seminars and events in these feeder markets annually as well as work closely with very prominent partners in these areas. We promise to use all these relationships to help you get the best price for your home in the most reasonable amount of time.
The first step in our process is to get to know you and your home and to understand your specific needs financially and from a time perspective. We'll spend a considerable amount of time at your home, asking you to help us explain its unique and wonderful details. We'll then design marketing tools for your home, help you determine the best selling price, and make suggestions for getting your home in top selling condition. Of course we'll list your home in MLS immediately, but we'll also develop a marketing strategy for your specific home, and keep you apprised of trends affecting that strategy.
Once we have an interested buyer, we'll present all offers to you immediately, and help you evaluate those offers, monitoring progress toward closing, including monitoring the appraisal and buyers loan approval. We are also responsible for coordinating the settlement process. Because of our intensively personal process, the person who begins the sales process with you will remain with you all the way checking in frequently, and working with other partners in the sales process as needed.
